------------------------------------------ | SHADYTEL PAGER IVR CALL DETAIL RECORDS | ------------------------------------------ Shadytel pager IVR call detail records (CDRs) are a simple CSV formatted file defined as follows: Start Time,Calling Num,Oper Assist,Dest Pager,Pager Type,Msg Length,Sucess Below are the field definitions. They have been mapped to the closest field type in MySQL if required for database optimization. FIELD DEFINITIONS ----------------- Start Time (DATETIME) This is the date and time, in the local timezone, the call is received. - The format is %Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S. Calling Num (BIGINT, unsigned) This is the calling party's number as received from the telephone company. Oper Assist (BOOLEAN) Indicates whether or not the calling party placed an Operator assisted page. If a page is Operator assisted, the remaining fields will be unpopulated. - 1 indicates yes - 0 indicates no Dest Pager (SMALLINT, unsigned) This is the number of the destination pager that will receive the message. - Number range is 1-999 Pager Type (TINYINT, unsigned) Defines if the pager is numeric or alphanumeric. - 1 indicates numeric - 2 indicates alphanumeric Msg Length (TINYINT, unsigned) Count of how many characters are in the message body. Success (BOOLEAN) Indicates whether or not the message sent successfully. - 1 indicates success - 0 indicates failure EXAMPLE RECORD -------------- 2025-08-30 16:26:44,3411,0,234,1,18,1 - Call was received on 2025-08-30 16:26:44 - The calling party's number was 3411 - The page was not Operator assisted - The destination pager was pager 234 - The pager type was numeric (1) - The message body contained 18 characters. - The message was sent successfully. NOTE: If the calling party disconnects before completeing the IVR flow, this will result in empty fields. Be sure the system ingesting the CDRs is configured to handle this scenario. The two fields that will always be populated are Start Time and Calling Num. The second record is an example of an Operator assisted page. The third record is an example of a call releaseing before a message has been submitted. The fourth record, although this situation is likely rare, is a call releasing before the system has submitted the message to be sent.
